Connected systems.
People in control.

A useful automation needs clear boundaries: which data it uses, what it can change, and when a person must decide.

Discuss your requirements

These are the design questions we work through with you. Project-specific controls, provider choices, ownership, and support responsibilities are agreed in the written scope.

Only the access a workflow needs.

01

Define the data flow

Identify the inputs, destinations, and business purpose of each step. Agree what information is needed, what can be excluded, and how exceptions are handled.

02

Agree account permissions

Use scoped access where the tools support it. Clarify who owns each account, who can change a workflow, and how access is revoked at handover or project completion.

03

Review third-party processing

Identify the automation platform, AI provider, and connected apps before launch. Review the selected providers’ data handling, retention, and available settings against your requirements.

Build in a moment to check.

Human approvals

Include review points for uncertain AI outputs, important record changes, and sensitive communications. Define what can run automatically and what must wait for a person.

Testing and exceptions

Test ordinary cases, missing data, failed connections, and duplicate inputs. Agree how failures are surfaced, who handles them, and how a workflow can be paused.

Know what you own.

Agree the ownership of workflow source, configurations, credentials, documentation, and third-party accounts before work starts. The handover should explain how the system runs, how to stop it, and who supports it.

How this website handles enquiries.

Email or WhatsApp: you choose

Submit Enquiry sends reviewed details through our Vercel endpoint for validation and FormSubmit email delivery to our team. Confirmation requires delivery-service acceptance; it does not guarantee inbox arrival or a booked appointment. Chat on WhatsApp opens a draft you send yourself. No form details are saved in browser storage. Opening WhatsApp passes the draft to WhatsApp; you review and send it there. Demo requests are arranged personally and do not reserve a calendar slot. Read the Privacy Policy for the recipient services and record handling.

The demos and calculator run locally

Workflow demos are simulations. The calculator uses your inputs in the page and does not send them to an estimation service. Neither connects to your business apps or changes business records.

Hosting and external links

The site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting providers can process normal request information under their own policies. FormSubmit delivers website enquiries to our Gmail inbox. WhatsApp and any third-party services you open have their own data practices. Avoid putting confidential records or passwords in a first enquiry.
